- pi-rock radio - a rock organization for russian language bands in germany
- far from moscow - podcast in english dedicated to new music from russia made by david macfadyen
- russmus's podcasts on russian music (in english)
- and for the fans of bg: aerostat - bg's weekly show at radio rossii (radio rossii for the official page and aerostat.rpod.ru for the podcast version). however most of the shows are not about russian popular music (in russian)

post soviet popular music on the internet
living outside of russia makes it hard to listen to russian popular music. but thanx to the internet there are several possibilities. here is a list of some that i know of (and if you have suggestions, leave them in the comments so we can compile a more extensive list):

If you want to stream (play online) russian music, you have a few choices (some of them are free):
last.fm - a large collection of russian music, you can play it in radio mode
moozone.com - a large collection of russian music, you can build your own playlists
napster.com - they've got some russian music, also can build your own playlists
If you don't care about the quality and functionality, you can try public mp3 search engines like http://seeqpod.com/ or http://mp3shki.ru/
